• Signal: Request a Signal handle by email. Signal is end-to-end encrypted and the messages disappear on a schedule you set.
• Postal mail: Available by request. Email for the mailing address.
• Encrypted file transfer: Available by request for sensitive documents.

WHAT TO SEND

• Documents — contracts, internal memos, financial records, regulatory correspondence, court filings.
• Specific knowledge — meetings, decisions, donor patterns, vendor relationships, conflicts of interest.
• Witness accounts — what you saw, when you saw it, who was present.

SOURCE PROTECTION

Roach Roundup never identifies a confidential source without explicit, written consent. We do not turn over source material to anyone — including law enforcement — unless legally compelled by court order. We will fight subpoenas. Source protection is the foundation of investigative reporting.

If you’re sending sensitive material, use a personal device and a personal email account, not your employer’s equipment or network. Avoid sending tips from work IP addresses.
