Roach Roundup is independent investigative journalism focused on banking, healthcare, AI infrastructure, federal policy, and state-level corruption. We chase the documents. We track the donors. We map the institutional networks that shield bad actors from accountability.

Our work is nonpartisan. We follow corruption, conflicts of interest, and structural failure regardless of party affiliation. Donor histories, recusal issues, and red flags are flagged identically across the political spectrum.

FOUNDER

Roach Roundup is founded and run by Rebecca Bruckner, an investigative reporter based in Gulf County, Florida.

Rebecca’s background spans the financial industry and criminal justice. She spent five years as a Sales Executive at FIS, working directly with community bank clients on core banking systems — the same systems she now investigates. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Visual Information Specialist at the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office in Atlanta, supporting e-discovery and trial visuals on homicide and crimes-against-women/children cases.

That combination — banking infrastructure insider plus prosecutorial e-discovery experience — shapes how Roach Roundup investigates. We read the contracts. We pull the public filings. We map who profits.
