Privacy Policy
How Roach Roundup handles personal information from readers, subscribers, and tipsters. Last updated May 2026.
The Short Version
We don’t sell reader data. We don’t share email addresses. We collect the minimum information needed to deliver our reporting. We protect tipsters and sources to the maximum extent legally and technically possible.
What We Collect
Subscribers

Site Visitors
Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page visited) are kept for short periods for security and analytics purposes. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Tipsters & Sources
If you contact us with a tip or source information, we keep what you send for as long as necessary to verify and report the story. Source identity is protected; see our Editorial Standards for our source-protection policy.
Donors
If you donate, our payment processor (when configured) collects standard payment information. We retain donation records as required by law and for accounting purposes.
