Set 1 is live. Secretary of State (SOS) names run from the start of the file through E and T Ventures LLC, business ID 1294239. Letters F through Z are not in the business file. IRS exempt organizations are included for the whole alphabet. This is not a list of city or county licenses. A repeated address is often a filing office, not a shop.

SOS = Secretary of State, the Mississippi office that registers businesses and keeps their filings. IRS = Internal Revenue Service. EIN = the IRS tax ID number.

Each business shows its SOS status as a colored label with an icon:

  • Green check: active, in good standing
  • Amber !: still exists, but the SOS sent a dissolution notice
  • Red X: dissolved, revoked, withdrawn, merged or otherwise ended
  • Gray ?: no status, or not an operating business
